Forget the ripping time to sit people Barry. He needs to go talk to someone to get over his fear of young players. He can bring Lou and they can get a better rate.

Word is out. The Isles play a perimeter game with no solid threat to bang home rebounds. Teams can just clog the middle to wait for inevitable cross-ice passes to come their way.

I'll take Bellows Wahlstrom and Otto over some of these players right now. At least it would be doing something and not running the same lousy players out. Sit Bailey and Beau for a game. What are they doing anyway?

Yep. This is on Lou. Not defending Snow by any means, but if the last two years of gm activity were done by Garth, knives would be out in force. Remember when asked about the lack of offseason moves were made to help scoring, Lou said he'd rather win games 1-0 than search for ways to get in shootouts. (Paraphrase). His biggest offensivemove was acquiring a 3rd line 7th year center that just broke 20 goals for the first time in his career. Lou is great at what he does, but he needs to recognize what this team truly needs and make it happen

I get the importance of defense but Lou and Barry need to understand you need offense as well. We got on Cappy and Doug for not sitting guys and I know Cappy and Doug are not Barry but Barry should not get a pass. This team has been struggling for a while and you need to change something.

We need more of the defense jumping into the play. They do not have enough talent to attack we just the forward. Pulock, Leddy, and Toews need to add to the offense.

100% Upstate. Obviously their confidence is shat right now but the best way to fight the funk is play simple ugly hockey.

I tell my 7 year olds move the puck let it do the work for you, move your feet, stick on puck, take away time and space angle and when you have a clear look at the net put the puck on net and stop at the net. Basics and it really works oh and have fun more than anything
