I have to agree at this point. Could Gallant right the ship? How long does JB wait when he know heads will roll if this continues? Bet he's dying his hair more often these days!
- VanHockeyGuy

He waits until the summer, unfortunately. Would be incredibly hard for a new coach to come in with 18 pressure-filled games left, I would think.

He can sell Aqua on the idea that it was the coaching staff who let the team down, he has time to shore some things up over the summer/continue the vision he pitched to Aqua, and hire a new coach then. If things don’t change by the end of next year, he’ll be gone.

Myers is garbage. Hated the signing. Fire Green.

Myers > Roussel

Gallant won't have a problem finding a job, maybe Seattle?

FA's probably had some discussions with hockey people outside his management group.

Green is an excellent choice for Seattle...

Gallant is not going to wait another year for Seattle to call, but Francis is a smart guy so he may hire him earlier just to lock him up.

Depends on what Gallant wants... if Seattle and the Canucks pitch him, would he want another misfit team, or a young team he’s watched with a couple young stars?

Interesting point, hurt? bad coaching? Or...

Still blown away that Quinn Hughes played just 1:28 of the final 9 minutes of the game last night. When the team is leading, he's been the fourth-most used defenceman this season.

Given the growth of his game, that's got to change. It's crunch time. Use your best players.

Just goes to show how garbage Green is. I gave him the benefit of the doubt earlier in the season because we were winning, even with questionable choices. But I don't give him that pass anymore. He is losing us games with how he coaches this team.

But he calls timeouts at the perfect time.

I supposed there is a zero % chance Hughes was injured. It must have been green not wanting to win

This teams confidence is as fragile as demkos head and as soft as Sutters groin

Is he listed as IR now? How much ice time did our top 2 lines/hughes get in the final minutes to try and get us back into a game that we were going to win?

in all fairness (i hate green), isn't it Baumer that runs the Defense (minutes and deployment included).

Maybe he was having back spasms? Who (frank)ing knows. Players get minor injuries all the time and don’t need be placed on IR. They have been riding Hughes all season so it’s seems unlikely they would stop given a need for offence. We were also short handed twice and he doesn’t kill penalties

By “runs the D” do you mean open the door for players coming off the ice?
