He was moved to the 4th and replaced by motte. They lost 5-2 and hes right back up there.

Are we blaming the forwards for the night or the team or the pairings of Myers/Fatburger or Demko?

Yes you’re right Don, Patterson should have started with “well that was an average outing against Ottawa, I’m assuming you will be sticking with that average lineup against a much better team in Toronto “

- Makita

I thought the team played decent. A few defensive lapses but they deserved the win. One of those games

How about blaming the entire team? From players to coaches? If we are being specific, I'd say demko played better than the end score, I've always hated myers and fantenburg together(of course they are back tonight together), and thought the forwards outside of miller had a less than average performance.

I guess Green could have been a little female dog and thrown his team under the bus.

He should have acknowledged the poor play of his team, in the dressing room and to everyone that is a fan. Then turned the question to an advantage by stating he will be making adjustments. Media 101, mini.

To insinuate that the game in Ottawa was average just proves how over his head he is as an NHL coach.

The coach who apparently oversees those responsibilities, and is supposed to make adjustments.

Oh ok then, I guess I saw a completely different level of effort, and lack of execution, but to each their own.

It seems to happen a lot these same things just when the team losses.

Team has holes and lacks experience and the coach has deficiencies and lacks experience. To call your team out in the media is cowardly.

I'm sure FA would love to see the team go 82-0 and then 16-0

I'm all for a better more experienced coach. Green's needs a miracle or a few more seasons of coaching before he gets to the level of someone this team could use.

LE is a POS and needs to go and shouldn't be playing. If he is going to play 9 minutes a game, I don't really care if he plays. He's still better than some of the poop we have seen play 9 minutes a game over the past couple of years.

Seriously, so your advice is to respond to a legitimate question about lack of effort is to be arrogant and claim there is nothing needed. And just cross your fingers that it gets better, wow, that is your method of dealing with it, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

It is a good roster. You got a slow start otherwise you would be top 6

I am for a better coach too.

It is very unusual for a team to go from 22 to SC champs. I think we are building a great team. There will be more changes in the summer but I doubt the coach will be one of them.

Green gave an answer to a question from a POS reporter trying to goat him. "I thought we had an average night in Ottawa"

He answered the question.

I'm sorry he didn't see the way you did. Nor did I and other Canucks fans.

If we had that first round pick for Miller in the 2020 draft, we could have inserted him into the line up this year.
