Turn in your Flyers fan card. I have never and will NEVER cheer for the Rangers.....

- Lawless18

I agree. Rooted for the Devils in 1994 semis and rooted hard for Pat Quinn's Canucks over Keenan's Rangers in the SCF. Still bugs me that the Rangers have 1 Cup in the last 79+ years and not zero.

BTW, that doesn't mean there aren't a host of Rangers that I've respected greatly over the years. It just means that I could never root for that team unless it directly benefits the Flyers, and never under any circumstances in a playoff series.

I bet you didn't realize at the time what a real Sophie's choice this would turn out to be. I know in 2000 I was on team meteor for the ECF.

Yup! Hoping the Rangers are feeling last night's game in their legs after chasing most of the game.

Youngest team in the league should have plenty left in the tank , I hope

I wasn't able to find it, but usually on back to back nights the rangers come out on top, the win/loss record is pretty disproportionate

TK should target D’angelo tonight, kids playing well but he’s dumb and can get baited. No excuse not for a win, just don’t come out slow .

Rangers have started slow as well recently. Just play their game and they will be more then fine.

ADA has been a bit better about this season about dumb stuff. It's Lemeiux teams were taking advantage of at times with penalties.

Weekend home and home vs. Rags

4 points (Thoughts of a division title)
3 points (Where do I sign?)
2 points (Acceptable, playoff spot solid)
1 point (Unacceptable, playoffs could become dog fight)
0 points (unmitigated disaster)

- PLindbergh31

Sounds about right

Rags are on fire right now. I've seen them four times in the last three weeks

Zibanejad is a freaking beast. Panarin is earning that 11-plus

I’m pretty sure the team we root for is also on fire right now too. Has been equally as good. It’s good though, everyone seems focused on the Rangers, so the Flyers can just come out and play their game. No reason the Flyers shouldn’t beat the Rangers tonight.

Yeah I don't know what the official title of that guy was. Wasn't he some guy that the team hired because he like danced during the commercial breaks? I thought I remembered hearing that somewhere. I guess the vetting process wasn't great on that guy.

I'm pretty sure at first he was just a fan and he'd always end up on the jumbo screen dancing. Usually entertaining and amusing since he was a little over-weight. Then the Flyers gave him a chance and he lost a ton of weight. He was our in-arena content guy. I think he already was being replaced by the lovely Andrea Helfrich because when you google the guy it just says Philadelphia Wings' announcer and nothing Flyers related.
