Oh, and since you're all so interested, my Mojo pork smells (frank)ing amazing. Stabbed the pork all over before marinating, so it gets in DEEP, and in the second roast (it was from Costco, 2 to a package) I also stuffed some whole garlic cloves in some of those holes in the pork.

Yes. It's expensive and troublesome. I hate that we still have to do an 8 day trip somewhere close but at least it shouldn't be as full of tourists. Plus it probably means sharing a room with someone again and it is just not working so good for me.

Yeah that's why we ain't going, the university is about to forbid trips to countries that currently pose a risk. 2 people that were in the airport we are supposed to go to died recently.
