Newsflash: good team at home pushing back against Leafs team with 3 rookies on the back end. - gravyface
Don’t forget that they’re down to 5 of them and the one they’re missing is by far the best one they got atm |

What's with the 0 shots clock? (frank) off. - gravyface
Ya it sucks. I hate that ticker though. Leafs are protecting a lead. Yes I would like them to have a shot or 2 but when that stat actually matters is when the leafs are losing and have no shots on net. |

Sorry but they're playing like poop. They got a lead and they're taking the rest of the game off. It's not ignorant, it's just a matter of fact. Not a surprise they made it 4-3 and have 0 shots this period. They're just hoping Andersen stands on his head for 20 minutes. As usual. - JohnFergusonJr
They're pushing back, yes. They've gotten the momentum from the powerplay and honestly they've maintained it from 3 non-calls. You can ignore that, but if they call any of those 3 obvious penalties it changes the game. |

Muzzin getting hurt has nothing to do with that, but good timing. You got your handcream ready or did you already bust a nut early on that last goal? - gravyface
If the ENTIRE defense relies on Muzzin, they're doing a lot of things wrong. |

Facking Andersen and dubie. - Fakepartofme

Right? Where was that clock on Saturday when we were down against Captain EBUG? That makes for good television. |

Can't rely on the referees to bail you out. What are they going to do in the playoffs if they wait for the referees to bail them out?
Sorry, 0 shots on net so far is on more than the referees. |

You say this like it's a surprise to ANYONE that our defense is our weakness. Especially with Rielly also out with injury. |

Imagine what this team would look like without Holl this year.
Think about that for a minute. - gravyface
better? considering he couldn't get games last year and was supposed to be a forward. |

A) It's a big surprise to a lot of people if you compare to what they said in the offseason.
B) If it's so obvious, why was nothing done to fix it?
Something has to give one way or the other. |

Dude, 3 rookies. Kind of like 3.5 if you count Dermsy. And Barrie.
What else do you want from them? |

I'd like you to be better, but I have low expectations.
Holl's been fine. He's a rookie who's logging a ton of minutes playing hard matchups. What more do you want from him seriously? Oh wait, you were Scott Stevens in your driveway when you were a kid right? |

According to some, Sandin is an elite prospect, he should be just fine.
How about some winger participation? Some O-zone cycling? Some forechecking? |
