If he was not given the chance at the call up, he probably would have stayed in AHL. As my post said, he WAS a career AHLER. He got the call up and made the most of it. I never said I didnt like Coleman. I never undersold him.

Everyone stays a career AHLer if they're not called up. He was called up, earned his spot and thus is not a career AHLer.

I think you're looking for "late bloomer". Career AHLer carries a very different connotation.

Isn’t that how most nhl players make it? I mean most players don’t have the luxury of being 1st overall picks and expected to make the nhl. You’re really underselling him.

Yeah It was a great return we got for him but let's not pretend we gave them back some nobody.

Coleman is no Fredrik Claesson.

Has a goal been scored in the NHL with him on the ice? (no).

He hasn't put a point in three games for Tampon Bay. Just saying.

Rumor has it that the delicious PICKLES at HOBBIES DELI are what gave Blake his superpower... Just saying.

I just find the career ahl comment funny. Like oh man he was so lucky he was called up, they just pick a name out of a hat.

If you're talking future lineup, Foote is notably missing.
