Holy, me too! I make it in a turkey roaster pan. Homemade meat sauce, with 2 layers of ricotta... The first made with spinach sautéed with garlic and chilis, the second with garlic sautéed mushrooms. (Really sorry, Good on Paper)

Le plus triste là-dedans c'est que je ne vois pas cette équipe là en séries l'an prochain non plus.

Julien doit quitter pour laisser la place aux jeunes.

Seule raison de regarder ça l'an prochain.

ouin, je pense qu'à ce stade-ci ils ont juste besoin d'un "vent de fraîcheur" dans le coaching staff..

You, my good sir, know what the (frank) you're doing!!

Dry rub in the smoker is key. I usually lock it in with a brushed on liquid at some point to keep the meat hydrated and to compliment flavors.

Obviously depends on the meal.

- Snots33_77

I tend to use a apple cider vinegar/apple cider mop here and there. I also keep a pan of it in the smoker to keep some humidity.

OT, folks.

anyone watching the game?

- Pat1993

Oh, were the Habs playing tonight??

Another blown lead. As soon as they went up 2-0 ij new they were doomed.

But hey, the GM, the Assistant GM, the coach, the assistant coaches, the scouts, the assistant scouts, the parking attendant did a great job. It was the (frank)ing players that cant keep this poop storm afloat!! Them and their inconsistent play!!

they tried to get him a goal at the end when the goalie was pulled but they just couldn't get it together.

God damn!! I layer the (frank) out of it and use ricotta, mozza, cottage cheese and parm with a homemade meat sauce with chunky veggies in the mix. I make sure to make it el dente so the texture holds up and my homemade sauce is unique and blends well with the flvors and textures.

Not sorry anyone.

We're on the same page here my man. That vinegar keeps that poop so tender and flavorful. Especially pork.

Yup. Love doing it around harvest time... I bring home a bushel of roma tomatoes, and huge bunches of fresh basil. Btw, lightly smoked roma tomatoes, with fresh basil, and a balsamic reduction on crostini is amazing. Doesn't take long, either.
