Oh, and Karine? I know we're an ornery and sometimes easily distracted bunch, but we all really do appreciate the work you do here. You're awesome, don't change a damn thing.

Yeah, Andy Samberg (the guy on the right) used to do a bit during weekend update where he made an impression of Nicolas Cage. For one skit, Nicolas Cage was there with him.

A good portion of us who actually enjoy having a regular blogger, for the first time in quite a while? Nobody is perfect, or is everyone's cup of tea, and if you're not a fan? That's your prerogative. But if you're going to hang out in said bloggers comment section, courtesy dictates at least polite and structured criticism, or keeping your gob shut. One or the other.

I think where beregevin is torn the most is over trading assets for futures (top prospects and 1st round picks) and keeping price, weber and to a lesser extent Gallagher on board as his leadership group. if bergevin was to trade petry and tartar for top prospects, guaranteed price and weber are done leading this perpetual mess and want out. so patching holes with bottom 6 forwards and depth dmen is how he has chosen to keep his leaders on board.

bergevin can't do what is right because he is always conflicted between the old vision that hasn't worked and a new one. that's why every season you can put another quarter in the slot and the same old, same old excuses keeps rolling out of bergevin's mouth.

It was a segment called "Get in the Cage", where Samberg would play Nicolas Cage interviewing another real actor. That time, he was interviewing himself.

maybe but why would that be the final straw for Weber and Price? they suck even with those players so if they are gonna want out, they're gonna want out regardless.

to me the most frightening thing about yesterday is that Bergevin approached all of those traded players about contract extensions before he traded them. to me that says he knows he won't be able to upgrade the talent level on this team by any means.

what probably happened is that waterboy PMd a D pick to Karine and she told him to (frank) off and he's having a hard time accepting it.

when you think about it, it's the most logical scenario
