It's sometimes tough because what if a GM wouldnt send that same player to the leafs? Leafs also have no cap room so a move for Lehner as an example would be difficult.

I do like Carolinas moves overall. Boston and Tampa did well too. I'll have to take another look but overall Carolina looks like winners.

Edit: oilers also did well
