You may be right. A 2nd round pick is still better to have in your pocket at the draft than a 'sayonara' from Barrie. This guy probably can't get out of here fast enough. So much for his $8 million Ufa deal...

I would be ok with Stetcher and a 2nd rd pick for Barrie at this point.. Can't risk losing Barrie for nothing

Agreed. Any kind of asset which can be packaged with others to find the dman at the draft is 1000x more beneficial to the team than having Barrie walk for squat.

The Ennis trade was good.. The Athanasiou move was decent. I don't like that the Oilers and the Senators are making smart decisions.
