Agree, but no one is trading for him and taking that salary. As long as they can clear some space maybe it will be enough to keep TD and others. Maybe if he was playing part time and showed he still had something left. But the Rangers buried him, for good reason of course.

Rangers clearly think the rebuild is over. Only time will tell but I think they make moves in the summer to fix the cap and keep the team competitive going forward
