Do you think Bowman’s job is dictated by the TDL and the minor moves he does or doesn’t make?

Brian Burke has said that most mistakes are made at the TDL, I’d add to that that very few TDL deals are difference makers.

I wish MexicoHawk was still around to give his take on all this...that guy knew things about stuff.
