The cap prevented him from doing much of anything. He had said in January how he would love to do the kinda of deal where you acquire a 4 mil per plus player for a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick, but the cap prevents that. Today, fletch worked within his means and basically told the group that they have enough in that room to make some noise. Best to try to remain in the metro top 3 and avoid boston or tampa in the first round.
