so it would potentially be 5 mil in Kovy's pockets, with a 3.5 cap hit? wouldn't be a terrible deal, although I'm really skeptical about the pace he'll be able to maintain over 82 games next year

Ça dépend des attentes. Un point par match ce n'est pas réaliste à ce stade ci. Mais il pourrait aider l'équipe avec 40-45 points et une vingtaine de buts.
En même temps, je ne sais pas. Ça dépend aussi du reste des moves I guess. Genre on fait quoi avec Domi et/ou Tatar? Drouin?
On ne peut pas échanger tout le monde non plus. |

Exactement, les jeunes ont besoin de vétérans pour mieux évoluer. Jme demande juste à quel point Kovalchuk est en forme, et s'il peut maintenir la cadence. Une vingtaine de buts serait plus qu'acceptable à mon avis, en lui donnant un break ici et là au courant de la saison. |
