When this team decides that it feels like giving 100% for a game, they aren't a bad team.

Which leads me to believe that the biggest problem with this particular group is leadership and accountability.

More than a 2C, I believe that this team needs an established vocal leader.

I would agree. A guy like Spezza would have been a great addition. Former captain, experienced and mentor for a lot of the younger forwards.

Eichel has not taken a faceoff through 40 minutes.
