I agree. It’s not like he can do worse than Hutton. If you pay attention Hutton even in the wins does not look good. Barely making saves and not directing rebounds to low danger areas.

Pitt was shutout the game before we played them and just lost it’s 3rd in a row today. Not trying to down play but we’re so accustomed to getting rolled by any regular playoff team.

Oh man, I don't know about that. I know that Hutton has had is rough patches but he is on a roll lately. Every time I see JJ back there he just doesn't feel like an NHL goalie. I'd ride Hutton until Ullmark comes back.

I don't understand your love for him.

Ullmark had 4x as many AHL games at the same age. He had more NHL games than JJ had AHL games. Ullmark was miles ahead.

I'm rooting for him, but he still looks like a long shot.

Thank God the game is starting. I need a break from reading and watching Leaf fan meltdowns.
