No idea why all the doom and gloom. Boston is the best team in the league. Flames were supposed to lose, but Boston didn't completely outclass them and make it look like the Flames would have no shot if they met in the finals.
The Flames also had plenty of great chances to tie/win the game. The only difference last night is Marchand's ridiculous deflection went in and Lindholm's didn't, or Dube doesn't hit the post when he had a wide open net, or Gaudreau gets the puck over Halak. |
