I was told when they acquired Frolik that his cost of the 4th AND $4.3m Cap hit didn't move the needle much, it was a non issue.

Reminded me of July when I prophetized that Risto's value would decrease this year with his 4th coach failing to fix his game, and as a result Bott's "patience" will be a detriment to acquiring a top 6 Forward.
