This is not reactionary because I thought this when I first saw that Elliott was in goal. Why? Why did Hart not get the start? Doesn't make sense to me. He didn't flop on that Foligno goal.

It's easy for us to judge it on slowmo replay but notice how the puck looks like it may have bounced, at ice level and speed a poke check is an understandable attempt.
