@TSNBobMcKenzie just said a 1st, a prospect, an NHL player, and a conditional pick is what NYR want for Chris Kreider. - airjan23
Pretty much the standard, but if that’s what they’re asking for this late in the game I would think he’s gone by Monday. Haven’t heard any updates in the contract negotiations. I think BOS has the best pieces to get a deal done. 1st Studnicka Frederic. I doubt they give Beecher and Studnicka.
Just because one thing is bad doesn't meant that the opposite is good. It's failing for the reason I just stated -- despite adding Panarin and Trouba, they're haven't taken much of a step forward. As for giving it more time, if they DO improve, it will more likely be from players NOT acquired in these trades -- Kakko, Kravstov (MAYBE), and Shesterkin. Not Brett Howden (or, potentially, someone like Anders Bjork). - js10
so the rebuild has completely failed because of Brett Howden?
who knew?
I havent even got a chance to see K'Andre Miller or Nils Lundkvist yet dammit

We're on the same page the other guy is off his rocker, he is the other extreme to Brukie, where he (Brukie) thinks the rebuild is too fast his (JS) view the window should always be open. - blueshirts_fan
First of all, I could care less what you think about me. I think you're off your rocker for your apparent total apathy toward the quality of the player. Maybe that's why you didn't answer any of my questions regarding whether you were happy with any of those players I asked you about. You want a young team of mediocre players. That's going to turn you into a young, mediocre team. Which, interestingly enough, is exactly what they are shaping into.

I think the rebuild has been a huge success, some trades we made out on (Nash, Holden, Stepan) and some we lost (Namestnikov) I mean Howden I mean whatever the trade with Tampa was 😂

the Tampa trade is all based around how Lundkvist and Henriksson turn out, IMO

Sorry some of your posts are real head scratchers
Howden - is he top line talent, not yet can he develop, dunno but you really seem fixated on him
Hajek - again I haven't seen enough to pass judgement
Fox - very Happy
Rykov - I would like to see what he can do but we do have a lot of strength on D
Lingren - Kid seems tough as nails, but according the Rat he won't be here long, who's to know
Skeji - well that may have been a wif but hey things change
Lias that really seems like a wif
