Was a great article on him where he talked about both owning and playing for a small team in Czechoslovakia. He's the main draw, so he hesitates to hang them up and risk the team revenue.

Trading Lehner would be absolutely stupid...... I would do my best to extend him.

Also, if we're sellers, I would be big on Jesse Puljujarvi (tho he cant be signed until the summer) depending on the ask...

But the notion of trading Lehner tho is stupid.... What is Crow going to do? play till He's 40? The Hawks need a guy like Lehner in his prime that has 5-6 years ahead of him....

love the passion....but for the 3rd straight this year this team isn't good enough.

Everyone here can pretend they are some hockey buddha who knows exactly what ails them, but they are going through the motions on multiple levels and the results show night in and night out. May get the rare good game like earlier this year @ Vegas where everything clicks….but the team as currently built has ZERO margin for error.

ANother game at home and another egg.....people can female dog about debrincat or gus or maata or smith or lehner all they want.....their PP is a cluster F and their home record is a disgrace.

Please stop comparing Kubalik to Hossa. He is slow. He is lucky. Etc etc etc.

Every so often it has to be demonstrated that 19 year old defenceman don't belong in the NHL. The men start playing for keeps in February, March and April.

THis team is fundamentally stupid.

They make more unforced errors then any recent Hawks team I can recall. THey ultimately beat themselves with horrific turnovers, passes to nobody.....its painful to watch.

Kampf is a try hard guy. This guy is a joke. Play him on the PK, then chain his ass to the bench 5 on 5 like Q used to do with Leddy in 3rd periods of playoff games.

I was a former goalie, I'm almost 40 so it's over for me.... I can play an occasional beer-league game but, yea.. Physical work and goaltending doesn't work your body too well....

Wish I could play, but I don't want major surgery.....

Now they look a lot like early last year and early this year. UGLY, SLOPPY, UNDISCIPLINED, CARELESS, WITHOUT PASSION. I don’t blame Colliton 100%. But I am ready to say “See ya!”

5 left-handed shooters is painfully wrong for an NHL team. I don't know if I can ever remember that being done before... effectively anyway.

This team is just too slow. Strome, Maata, Murphy, Carpenter, Smith, all just consistently get beat to loose pucks, and not to even mention Seabrook and often times Keith as well.

I don't know what their direction is for the final few years of Kane and Toews but I'm sure they're not happy with yet another lost season.
