Ruth said he would like the 4th line playing more minutes that's why he's considering adding another forward. To Rino's earlier comment, a guy like Ennis could be what Ruth is looking for.

So basically my feelings on the interview was, veteran depth forward so don't expect any other big forward move. But if your looking for a bigger move look at the defense.

Small move today kinda weird move has Malgin going to the leafs and Marchment(prospect) going to Florida.

He's in OTT. His SKATR analytics are stronger than ZAR and he's got 33 points in (frank)ing Ottawa, 14G/19A. He makes $800K. I know there's a strong need for a righty, but this would be a great veteran depth move.

I think the right talk comes from people looking for a PP fit, but GMJR is actually looking for a depth player so they can roll 4 lines even when everyone isn't healthy. For that, you don't need a right because Hornqvist is probably the RW.

I figured as much because we toasted a lot of the Sharks. I never thought for a second we were losing to them over 7 games.

Namestikov .. Johan Larsson.. Ondrej Kase were some of the other bargain bin guys Gentille mentioned.

Kase is yet another injury prone guy but I think I'd take the chance on the upset rather than an asset for the others.
