I doubt he gives a crap about the Rangers anymore but who knows? As far as him not wanting to play for us bcs of his brother being on the Rangers I’ve never heard that one before?

Maybe but I won't believe the Isles are anybody's "right situation" until it happens

Sadly this is true.

Michael Fornabaio @fornabaioctp
now
Along with the first game of Cal Clutterbuck's conditioning stint, looks like Thomas Hickey returns tonight in Bridgeport. First game since Nov. 29.

Awesome. I didn’t want to possibly have an effect on big Buff’s semiretirement.

I think Buff would be a better forward for the Islanders than Okposo😂

He played forward for most of Chicago’s last cup run with him.

- Cptmjl

He just might be Cpt. KO seriously needs to retire ASAP. His family should be nagging him non-stop until he retires. It's not worth the risk.

I don’t think he would be playing unless it was 100% not life threatening for him to do so.

Would hope not Cpt but he's had some bad injuries already.

I don't think so. I mean Eric did try to decapitate Marc when he was with the Canes

I hated when they traded for him at the deadline, and he was so (frank)ing bad

Very surprising how bad it turned out. What made you not like the deal? You were all over the deal.

He really should consider it. The effects of multiple concussions on the NFL players is scary. Some of them had to put in handicap rails in the shower so they had something to hold onto because they would get dizzy and disoriented then fall down in the shower. They would forget simple things all the time. It's nasty stuff.

Rangers weren't going to go deep in the playoffs, they gave up 2 2nd's, and Staal just didn't fit with the team. Rangers were an up-tempo team, Staal is slow as poop

Exactly Jimmy! These are not minor injuries KO has suffered. He was in the hospital a few years back and has had more than a few concussions.

Gotcha. Incredible how many big names have not worked out with the Rangers. Panarin is not following the script.

Panarin is (frank)ing amazing, just everything he does with and away from the puck. I would have paid a couple million more for him.

Was it directly related to concussions? I thought he also has Neuro issues completely unrelated to concussions?

So would I. Maybe Panarin's girl threatened him not to mess up like other big names?
