Never heard that "playing in sneakers" that had me legitimately laughing

I'm assuming you guys are talking about Lee?

Hearing that the Penguins have made a trade with Montreal, and that Joseph Blandisi and Jake Lucchini are two of the pieces heading to Montreal.

Ok I get they Crosby and Malkin but how have the Pens not run out of players to trade? How do they do it when we keep hearing they have no prospects left?

Well that's how they do it. They're perennially competitive because they have two of the best players in the world. Prospects are currency to them, whereas they're vital to most other teams. Whenever it is that Crosby and Malkin fall off a cliff, that organization is going to crash hard. But for now, they've justified it by winning three Cups while they have/had their window. Could potentially be more.

Going to be an interesting offseason no matter what. Isles need to find a wing for Barzal. Would be easier and cheaper if Wahlstrom is the wing.

You literally say that every offseason since I started coming here and besides us getting Leddy and Boychuck there hasn’t been one interesting offseason😂

What do you mean according to some on here he’s playing fantastic😂

He’s great along the boards and hard to get off the puck😂

Guy is borderline unwatchable and shooting from outside the dots and generally staying away from anything that has made him successful over the years.

I'm not saying great offseason but something different. It's about time and it's Lou and Barry and Lou not being a spring chicken has to be a factor.

😂
Schwein knows it. He may not want to hear it but he knows it. I’ve been saying it for months Lee has made at least me real nervous about that contract. He’s not engaged and he definitely isn’t leading by example. More often than not he looks lazy, disinterested, and listless out there.

He has done this before I’m the past where he tries to be successful without crashing the net. Didn’t work and it’s not working now. The defense has been unloading on the net the problem is there’s never anyone ever there to put in a rebound including him. I was shocked to see him there a couple times last night when a shot hit the net. That hasn’t been the norm for a while now.
