cOMMENTS LIKE the ones the Rat made could really come back to bite him. If I was Lindgren that would be a HUGE motivator for me to do that much more to prove that scum bag wrong.

Oh yea...Lindgren is a beast. He will get his pay back at some point. It’s been a long time since we had dman like Lindgren. Protects the crease, protects teammates, gets cuts all over his face lol, etc

To have 2 separate D men (Lindgren, Trouba) who can throw the body on 2 different pairs is something we haven't seen in awhile.
If the rangers trade with Boston I’d want Studnika. I’ve heard it from 3 people on the radio that he’s a great prospect. He’s a center too (Possible Strome replacement). Then if you wanna make it bigger, let’s add Skjei and then we’ll take Backes, which makes sense because he’s only got one yr left and we need to dump Skjei ASAP. That’s another $5-6 mill off the books after next season
So something like Kreider and Skjei for their 1st, Studnika, Heinen/Bjork/Khulman (depth roster player) and Backes. Much like the TB McDonagh trade
Barely 2 sentences explaining the level of play by NYR or both teams ...
Two mistakes, two goals. Boston played a good game, limiting the Rangers' chances and squashed any shot at sustained attack. The Blueshirts were playing their fourth game in six days and third in four, so that might have impacted their play a bit. but the Bruins did play the day before, so both teams might have been slightly gassed.
Now that i have ... i could have missed your detailed breakdown as to why a bunch of 21 yr olds + vets played ..gassed
gave Bos. an easy game of it as I said .... we are the out looking in ...ever hear of desperation... Torts would have had fire & ice for a game like this ..& off till wed.
this holding back Shesty / when he could go , I D K how committed making the P O's are for mgmt & team , they must be reading the blogs for the tolerance & understanding of NOT making P O's again when they are attainable ,BUT you have to put it up to make it happen , its playing all side s against the middle ....
Not sure which way team wants to go ... TRade of HANK is the lynch pin & next 3 games ,after Sat. is when all the moves will happen UNLESS we get knocked over in an offer ... other wise its the fine line of wanting PO's just not going after them , it it fall in our laps ...O K
Jan how bout a lil more on the 2 headed attitude the team is using to play with now
play for the P O's & build for the future .. tough to do 2 thing s at the same time - NASHTYGUY
Please define what you mean by two headed attitude.

I would say Studnika is as close to an untouchable prospect that we have at this point

He might mean why the team plays well one game then poor the next game. He doesnt understand why a bunch or 21yos get tired yet explained to himself it might be because they played too much.

Put your helmet back on ---- this is your WORST idea ever! Worse than Rangers going after Kovi! Worse than Rangers going after EK!

The Rangers would have to give someone a first for them to take Skjei at this point
Very good return for LA. Madden is a nice get, plus the second rounder. If Toffoli re-signs, then solid for Vancouver. - airjan23
Rangers should easily get a prospect as good and a teams first for Kreider.
However, I still think these two parties agree on a deal, 6x6.5 with NMC. They need solid vets to start sticking around now and the org realizes it. We’ll just have to bite the bullet in years 5-6 probably.
