They are more likely to go on a run than to finish bottom 5. If they luck into a top pick great, otherwise keep focus on improving now and for next year

IMO, he's a bit expensive for a 3RW. They can live with it through next season, but if they can get a solid return I'd move him...prefer not to retain though.

To show that there are repercussions for poor play, yeah, great, he had a nice goal last night on a horrible defensive play and a goalie totally giving up. Andersen didn't move he just sits there hoping it hits him with a half hearted move to his blocker side. He's playing well for a $2M guy.

As long as he belongs in the lineup, there isn't much to discuss. No one likes his contract, but burying him serves no purpose. Scott Wilson isn't an upgrade.
