Believe Athanasiou is in play for teams including the #CBJ and #STLBlues as well

He's worth a follow.

Yet botts can’t find a trade.

There’s a few people who are going to be very upset when Botterill and Krueger inevitably return next season
- sbroads24

I see us agreeing a lot lately

Not that i think either has been perfect,
but i like the overall direction we are headed

Still work to be done though

I like Krueger and I'm resigned to Botterill coming back. But they need to get him a babysitter because he clearly cannot be trusted to evaluate forwards on his own. The off season proved that and was confirmed by dalton smith and frolik

Ror = 10 goals
Girgs = 10 goals

Looks like he found some value there 🤔

If only Botts had the balls. NJ and the Isles managed to waive Schneider and Ladd.
- Wetbandit1

To what end? He's been playing well enough to belong in the lineup. It doesn't benefit us to bury him in the minors, for now anyways.

I'm beginning to wonder if Jack is pissed that KBC becomes Scotiabank Arena South for TML games.
Obviously, big game. We’re in our home building, but it didn’t seem like there were too many Sabres fans here,

Interesting

A PoHO isn’t gonna tell Botts to say trade for Haula instead of Vesey

What exactly are u expecting a PoHO to do?

Funny how a couple years ago MANY on here crushed me for saying Girgs & Larsson could be decent bottom6 players

I guess they belong in the league after all

I'm thinking one is gone and replaced by Lazar.
The other may leave since they are both UFA's.

Wonder if Colorado might be interested in Girgs with Calvart out for awhile.

Maybe
I’d be very ok if our 10-13 forwards were
Larsson, Girgs, Okposo(stuck with him),
and Lazar

Girgs with 10 goals isn't bad, should be available for relatively little.

He isn’t getting fired. He has a year left and the Sabres are trending towards being really good soon.

Amazing how the Sabres are back on the plus side of the expected goal share since Dahlin turned it around and Skinner came back from injury

To show that there are repercussions for poor play, yeah, great, he had a nice goal last night on a horrible defensive play and a goalie totally giving up. Andersen didn't move he just sits there hoping it hits him with a half hearted move to his blocker side. He's playing well for a $2M guy.

I think something has been in the works for 18 months.

Feels like a splash move maybe forced by Duane's rant about the pegulas.

Lots of cap space. Sign and trade for cirelli?
Some sort of sign and trade ?

I feel like they may extend larry near/at the deadline.

Lots of losing with him, but I'm not sure it's his fault.

He probably has decent value. I'd say 2nd or 3rd value

Pretty much every other team agrees to honor NMC/NTCs, because it's a show of respect for the players. You do that so players are comfortable signing as free agents or being traded to your franchise.
- Antilles

Did the Canucks with JT Miller?

Miller was traded on June 22, 2019, prior to his Modified NTC coming into effect, giving Vancouver the option of voiding clause. CapFriendly has confirmed that Vancouver did not honor his trade clause.
