Veiled racism aside, I'm not sure he can play at all anymore, too concerned with being a social media star...certainly can't play at a level in line with his contract which nowadays seems to be the more important factor
- Takemedrunkimhome

I think he can still play, but as you're saying he's been too distracted by his own stardom and neglected his game. I liked the Weber trade at the time, but I wasn't expecting such a drop for PK

I think he would LOVE the "hype" that would be created by his return lol

Not sure I'd take him at 50% salary retained for a 7th...he's fallen that hard

Even then I'm not sure he's good for the team as the previous poster said...rather keep that personality and hype show the (frank) out of dodge

You could get more for Subban at 4.5 than you could for Alzner... so in theory Montreal wins that exchange but I still agree with you

No, no

All for fun, or entertainment purposes I should say... in all reality, I want nothing to do with the idea of PK making a return

I'm not sure I'd do it for Alzner straight up with 50% retained on PK...that should say it all

Doesn't it? And this was the trade that Bergy took the most heat over and 3 years later it's a clear win even with Weber injured half the time 😃

With the draft in MTL in June, what are the odds the Habs grab a 2nd 1st round pick via trade before the draft? who goes if they do?

2 early second rounders too, they could be used to jump back into the 1st... lots of possibilities as to who goes, definitely like the idea of grabbing a second pick

as long as there aren't any traps "à la Louis Leblanc" that they could fall into, to appease the masses who want a ti gars de chez nous at any cost

They need more picks in the top 60, preferably in the top 30

so far they have

Habs 1st
Chicago 2nd
Habs 2nd
Habs 3rd
Habs 4th
Ducks 4th
Jets 4th

Habs 5th
Panthers 5th
Habs 6th
Chicago 7th
Habs 7th
