I think this would be good - I like stetcher, but a little size on the backend would be nice. QH and OJ coming make Stetcher the odd man out for sure.

Failure to report is also a breach of contract, meaning that Buffalo could possibly terminate the remainder of his deal.


A club must first send the player and his agent a letter warning them that failure to report will result in contract termination.

This is what is meant by "mutual" termination: the player is formally informed of the consequences, and chooses to continue to breach their contract.

There has to be something else at play here. We all know he does want to lose face on a terrible signing, but it has been long enough already. Waive and demote him. Best case he pulls a Bogosian (which I doubt he would) or we pay him and save a bit of cap. Either a win or not a lose. Better then what we are doing now.
