Double or triple deflection on a nothing shot for sure, that just barely sneaks past the line |

I guess the Canucks are still asleep, but the Hawks look fabulous right now. No way they can keep this up. But at least it's fun for now. |

Rumor in a Hockey News article that the Jets and Avs may be discussing a Connor for Byram trade with additional minor assets to round things out.
Not sure the viability but could the Hawks put forth a similar proposal for Byram? Would think DeBrincat would be that piece as he’s closest to Connor in production and age.
Or trade package for Connor? Beaudin or Mitchell as a starting point?
Don’t know how I feel about either scenario. Highly moot point anyway. I’d rather stay the course with DeBrincat, Beaudin, and Mitchell. - AEL_Fox
I'm not in the camp to move ADB because of 1 off season, but, I certainly would consider it if Detroit's Anthony Mantha was the return. He's had injuries this year but his upside is HUGE, and is 6'5 with great hands.
Plus....Debrincat is from Detroit. I'd even include buddy buddy Strome in the deal with something else coming back in return.
Not sure the Wings would be interested unless a dman was also included. Here's where Joki could have been used, but No, Stan preferred Nylander. Yuk !!

JC’s fault, if we had an NHL coach, we would be up by 3 goals by now - LAHawk

Good challenge - take a chance - need to do something aggressive to change the way things are going. |

Ice has tilted the other way since about the 10 minute mark - it’s like they threw everything they had at Markstrom - and when they didn’t get any past him, they said (frank) it. |

Disagree..... there's absolutely no way that was going to be over-turned because Saad made no attempt to move away from the goaltender.... just more dumb coaching decisions by JC.

Yeah - but they didn’t have to go completely the other way - 4 given up in 3 games. |
