it's even more bothersome that NBCSN held onto him for a lengthy suspension and dropped him. If you're going to fire him, do it right away instead of leaving the guy in purgatory.

Look I get being upset about the JR firing but I promise that if you go into your next work meeting and start making jokes about having threesomes with other coworkers you would probably get fired too. It's not like this is unexpected

If it was just between him and his friends it wouldn’t be an issue. Once it’s on a podcast that anyone can access , you don’t see a difference? People in the public eye have to be smarter than that in today’s climate. Right or wrong that’s the reality he lives in.

I actually did that as a teen. Worked at a fast food joint. Employees were terrible and management didnt do anything about it. Got stuck on multiple shifts working a double drive thru by myself because everyone else was f***ing around. Was frustrated at the end of my shift, made a rant online and the owners saw the post because a bunch of supervisors at the job gave me the thumbs up because they knew exactly what it was like there. Needless to say I didnt get fired, nor suspended. I was just told to come talk to management if I have that kind of issue.
