All I been saying for 2 months is to trade Tatar and Petry for good defensive prospects so, no I don't believe you do

I believe in building from the back end, but not at any cost, and again...if Minnesota is willing to move Brodin and Dumba, it does make you wonder why they don't value these supposed great d men in their rebuild

now that's a really good question

Its because they are D heavy with very little up front, its dealing from a position of strength, it doesn't mean theres anything wrong with these 2 players... if that's the case, they shouldn't trade for anyone ever

I'd make a pitch for Dumba, Brodin is too close to UFA to gamble assets with high potential

I'd be surprised if they cannot extend him, but yes worst case you flip him and get back some of the picks you gave to acquire him in the first place.
and I included kk, it could be someone esle, like Domi. I repeat, on jase là.
MINN have 2 dmen to sell, Habs needs at least one, maybe 2 if Weber is out for good.

They're shopping 2, probably in the hopes of selling one, I doubt they deal both.... Brodin will probably be the one to go, for some of the same reasons Petry should have be shopped

If Weber is out for good it's another reason to start gutting it and not try to hit home runs through trades mortgaging some of the good young players even before you know who is what

No

And No

Domi can fetch more than a defensive D with 1 season left before UFA

Lose one of Brodin or Dumba and they aren't d heavy...and Suter plays 2 more years before walking and (frank)ing them with cap recapture. (Same as Parise for that matter) Just saying it makes you consider why they wouldn't want to hang on

Spurgeon is pretty good, they just acquired Addison and Johansson will be coming real soon, Minnesota always has defensemen coming

No.... Brodin gets to take part in bidding war as a UFA and you dont hold his rights whatsoever.... Domi is a RFA.... did you hit your head today Fido?
