He had 34 and 36 starts in the NCAA the past 2 years. He's at 26 this year...I think it's kind of a bullpoop reason.

He'd be willing to play 7days a week.

I’m hearing the prognosis on Shea Weber’s LBI is not at all encouraging in terms of him playing any time soon. That said, other than saying he won’t be on the BOS-PIT road trip and won’t play any games this week, information from MTL on Weber’s health has been on lockdown.

Weber had separate foot and knee surgeries prior to last season. Until this recent injury absence, Weber had been healthy this season and playing at a high level, with 13 goals and 34 points in 55 games, averaging a team high of more than 24 minutes TOI.

I think he often had to skip practice to receive treatments, so perhaps he still wasn't 100% to begin with

Not enough horses in Montreal.... did MB really pass on any deal involving Domi... that’s crazy... he’d be on top of my list to move out for a better draft slot

Would you have taken the Pens 1st, Addison and Galchenyuk for Domi?

If PIT were really interested in Domi, I highly doubt Rutherford offered MB the same deal as for Zucker...

hence why MB might've said no, and not just "he ain't available, man!"

not sure about Addison, but if he's a solid D prospect I'm surprised you'd say no to him and a 1st for Domi... although if Domi can come back to the way he was playing last year then I might agree with you

He's good offensively. Can't defend.

wouldn't Addison help address a more pressing need on defense?
