Sample size is not an issue, as long as it supports your narrative.

"Advanced" stats. are never wrong, when they support your narrative. When they belie your narrative, your sample size is too small.

If you call something by a name, it becomes that thing. So when players fire the puck towards the opposing goal from all over the ice, they are driving possession.

I just don't understand how a player who is generally viewed as being one of the top 5 players in the NHL is underrated.

I get that Roger has an incessant need to make it seem like it's always "The Leafs vs the rest of the world and no one respects us." But saying "Matthews is so underrated" is foolish.

He's easily one of the best players in the NHL and he hasn't even reached his maximum potential yet.

i'll do you one better, outside of Montreal's 2 8-game losing streaks, they have a record of 27-11-3. that's 1/2 of a season at a 114-point pace. at the end of the day, you are exactly what your record says you are.

That is crazy for 60. If you told me she was 40, I would believe it.

There are a few 80's then and now video compilations. Some of them look ok, and even still sound OK. Susanna Hoffs was easily the one who aged the best. On the guys side, Chris Isaak aged unbelievably well.
