Well, of course, Coots!!
The one comment reported he didn't see a lot of Frost's efforts.
The other day I stated that I use a rapid watch method to get through BAD games. Last night, not so much. I saw a lot of slick little moves Frost made. Not dramatic game changing stuff but smooth puck retaining wizard stuff. Some hits!
It seems that getting the pulse of this team is like tracking tachycardia in a cheetah. It's up, it's down!
Here's for the seventy MPH version. - Pompous
Amazing acceleration, beautiful at top speed.

Bill Meltzer: Wrap:Flyers Pummel Caps, 7-2; Phantoms Update - bmeltzer
Last night was beyond impressive from the net out. Obviously you can’t a 7-2 every night but they showed yesterday that this team can hang with the best in the league. You can’t play down to lower opponents. Show that you want to win every night. |

This is the season coming up.
Florida, Islanders, Florida, Tampa, Columbus, Columbus.
Have to win at least 4 of 6 and one of the losses would have to be Tampa. |

Canes look strong 💪 like Brind’Amour. Looking at how the Metro teams are trending. Isles could be the weak link. - Landsbergfan
Except in goal. Canes are quite vulnerable in net. |

3 Metro games are the most important to not just win but to win in regulation. |

They responded so well! I was glad to see it and that NAK looks like he just might've found his role in the league

Well that was fun to watch, when the big guns are firing and you get solid goaltending they can be a formidable team. |

Don’t know off the top of my head but seems like they’ve won more since he’s been out or when he was benched earlier this year. I have little faith he will regain his form or be the impact he was before the multiple surgeries he has gone through. Being a smaller less physical d he needs the explosive lateral movement as he does not have blazing straight line speed. Plus he is mentally fragile with confidence.
Time to change scenery. Ghost the quote didn’t work. |

It was actually surprising to me. If Nyone I would’ve guessed maybe Richards. But yeah. Interesting.
With that said I never knew much about NAK. Just that he wasn’t exactly living up to expectations or developing how people thought he would. I think the 4 th line rw is his to lose now.

Trade his ass for help in other areas - Dave21Brown
Easier said than done I know. And at this point I’m not even sure what kind of return he would get. I’m sure teams would be interested, but feel the longer it goes the worse it will get. Yeah well.
Anyway. What happened to Stewart. Have seen him as a complaint recently. Haha haha. |

It’s a pretty rare feat for any team, it’s not unique to the Flyers. As a general statement our drafting before Hexy wasn’t that great for a lot of years. |

You are correct. Flyers are 10-3-2 without Ghost. 20-15-5 with him. It shows they don’t need him to win and actually play better when he is out of the lineup. He earns to much to be a bottom pair. Time to go. But I really think they will wait for seasons end because his value now is nil.

Keep ghost stapled to the bench. Let him throw tantrums if he wants. Hagg is playing too well and brings needed physicality and shot blocking - Just5
That PK he was blocking OV’s lane like a beast out there. I’m a Hägg fan. They could also use the good version of Ghost. |

His value is probably at an all time low, you’re right, probably better to trade him in the offseason. As for Stewart, he was certainly a hot button for some posters wasn’t he |

Right handed or not if Myers loses puck battles with lackadaisical play and lets players right up the middle for goals, the side he shoots from doesn't matter. - MJL
His mistakes have hurt them. I think this is just him going through growing pains for a young D. His potential is still very high.
The Myers and Sanheim pair at times look great but when they have a miscue it often results in a good goal scoring chance.
On the first NJ goal Myers was bad but Giroux didn’t help. G sort of drifted to the corner and then was caught in between the passer and the goal scorer in the slot. Myers I expect the occasional mistake, but G should have played that a lot better.

The road trip to Florida is scary for me, I don’t know why but traditionally they stink in those games. |

I know right? Nothing more pathetic than a guy who has a goal and an assist not getting out there and trying to start a fight. Especially if they are winning the game.

Agree, Myers has plenty of potential but has played poorly lately. Perhaps the grind of the long season is getting to him as it does with many young players. I’m not completely sold on his pairing with Sanheim because at times they seem to be running around a bit in their own end. Maybe go back to pairing Braun/Sanheim, Myers/Hägg. One mobile guy and one stay at home on each pair. |
