Le salaire est vraiment pas là. Pis on a pas beaucoup de ressources. Il y a bcp de monde. Pis pas bcp d'intervenant-e-s. Si la marde pogne...bonne chance.

J'ai une formation en travail social. Le $$$ est dans le réseau public, mais il y a des enjeux là aussi.
