Shea Weber is out tonight and will be going on IR with a lower body injury. So out at least a week.

To be clear, Weber goes on IR retroactive to Tuesday, so he will miss tonight vs ANA, Saturday vs TOR and Monday vs ARI at the very least. Could theoretically return next Wednesday at Boston.

yeah, I guess until they're mathematically out of it, they have to hang on to playoff hopes, even if these hopes are a bit unrealistic.

Maybe kovy would rather be traded to a contender, but it's not like he will go out and say that on rds after he gets the first star, sign the camera and throw some pucks in the stands.
Anyway, he has the right attitude. The more he gets some points in here, the more he gets his value up for a trade. |
