He has proven time and again that he's clueless on how player development is done ... for years he had Lefebvre in charge of this even though the guy was totally ineffective.
I won't even talk about the drafting fiascos he's been involved with.

Someone else needs to come in and deal with the draft picks and shaping the team moving forward or else we're doomed for the next several years if we keep him for 1 more season.
