It's actual madness, in my opinion. All of it comes pre-portioned and in plastic bags. The scrambled eggs, the steak, the mashed potatoes, the grilled veggies, the chicken breast, the fish, all of it except for the fresh produce. Even that is delivered by Sysco most of the time.

The best thing you can do is find a good chef and hope he can flair it up a little. Otherwise, Applebee's is the same as that "high-end" restaurant you love to go buy 50 dollar dinners from.

I guess the point is that I don’t plan on Mitts or Tage ever making it in this league. So my future plans wouldn’t rely on them. I would try to trade them sooner than later to get whatever value they still have.
