You aren’t going to rack up points playing with the guys he’s played with and not on PP1. He just isn’t.

I honestly do not care at all how many points he gets. It’s an arbitrary measure of whether someone is good or not and is dependent on teammates unless your an Eichel/McDavid etc.

But it’s soooo fun that we have a guy on year 1 of an 8 year deal who’s public enemy #1 already because some of his shots haven’t gone in this year

It’s irrelevant because he won’t. He will find himself on a scoring line again, or back on PP1 or he’ll, back with Eichel at times and he will be fine.

For god sakes he had a rough patch after the first 15 games this year, then got hurt.

Jeff Skinner signed a big contract. So now all his shots are going to be 6 inches too high or wide. They definitely won’t start going in again at some point

Jason, why is Ralph playing Bogo so much, at the expense of mostly Miller, the guy you just traded for? Let's have a discussion on the ramifications of him, a pending UFA, with a strong history of lost games per season to injury, coming off of major surgery, with a crazy high salary ... what are your expectations should some ill-advised GM want him...a 6th?, a 7th? Is playing him and reinforcing that behavior of going public, is that worth the risk that other players may do the same? You have a mutiny on your hands with ROR, Bogo, Erod...You may want to direct Ralph differently...like sit him for the remainder of the season. We can limp along just as well with the 6th as without it. Think of what that is doing for other players thinking of doing the same.
