Horrible customer support, and if you happen to have multiple services with them (landline, internet, mobile, tv), well you need to talk to a different person for every service you have with them.

I was cancelling my Rogers last year and they tried to hold me hostage by claiming that I had a landline installed when I got the internet/cable...which I didn't. Had to have the guy physically come in and search, made me waste another month of overpaying for poop.
