I think it was during those losses in Florida they experimented with Jake on that line ya? They've been winning since he's been on there, so I'm thinking it's a) the winning streak, and b) trying to spread out the scoring. Although, Brock hasn't scored since playing with Gaudette, but that says more about Brock not driving play than anything. - NewYorkNuck
The Lotto line sounds nice but Brock needs to know more than scoring needed for a 1st line. Is he good enough for a 1st liner yes. Thing is he’s the 3rd best player on that line. More is expected away from the puck. |

Wasn't this why he left last time? As much as I like him, if he's a problem package his rights.

“Nikita is not happy being in Yekaterinburg because he’s not being used like he was expected to by the team.
“He wants to try in the NHL once again.”
Why Nikita Tryamkin is eyeing an NHL return and what #Canucks should expect from him - VanHockeyGuy
This is good news. He's got three more years of experience under his belt and has learned that the KHL grass isn't any greener than down on 'Ol Willie's Farm.
Benning isn't desperate this time around so Tryamkin's not going to get the preferred clauses and entitlement he got last time. He's going to have to earn the organization’s trust and work his way up to the role he wants.
He’s probably an upgrade over Stecher, Fantenberg and Benn. So sign him and give him a chance to show what he can do. If he works out, huge win. If he still has a sense of entitlement and doesn't fit in, trade him to a team that's desperate for D. He's a lefty that prefers to play the right side. There must be a team back east that could use a guy like that.

I find it hard to believe that he is an upgrade over Benn, Stecher or Fatburger. I’d take a chance on him for league minimum and use him as your number 7. Although, I don’t he signs for that cheap. This is guy that had his C stripped for being lazy and not putting in the effort in a tier 2 league. Doesn’t sound like he has grown up at all |

True. I still question his character and fortitude to earn his spot. It would be fun none the less, watch him grow or watch him unravel and blubber his way back to Mother Russia's comforting teat. |

High speed, heavy torque. - Load Management
Always starts with torque all coming together then add moving speed for the cherry on top. |

For the life of me I can't understand why Green'er puts Boeser on the third line and Eriksson on the second line with Horvat. It just doesn't make any sense to burry one of your best offensive players for a guy who's an offensive black hole but is still reasonably good defensively. - Pacificgem
Could be because they have lost ,what, 2-3 games in 15 since they moved him there. |

True. We'll know soon enough when he arrives, he'll either buy in quickly or his former entitled self will show. |

He’s one of the slowest players in the AHL let alone the show, it’s why he can’t crack a roster these days. |

A giant mobile D that could be a difference maker and all the focus is on perceived attitude. Though JB see's an asset, he drafted, that can improve the team.
So far he's been proven right over time more often then not. If Tryamkin had attitude issues wouldn't JB trade him like the Kassians and Mccan's, even on bad deals, just to get them out. |

Who cares. Sign him and play him a few games. He's a unique enough player that some other teams and markets will believe he's exactly what they need to solve a problem on their back end. Old school GM's still get hard ons for big D men who can skate. If Benning can turn Gudbranson into a legit top 6 winger who also plays PK and PP2, why give away Tryamkin’s rights for a bag-o-pucks? |

Idk if Tryamkin has been shopped but make a market for him if not in our longterm plans.
