The greatest female player of her generation and perhaps all time played in the Finnish Tier 3 pro league and had 4 points in 12 games. No NHL player has ever even played in that league in its history, let alone a player so far from a PPG etc. She also had 3 points in 21 games in Division 1 Sweden which is their third tier men's league. Let's get the ladies to the top leagues in Europe or even the AHL before even thinking the NHL...baby steps.

If it was that entertaining and people want to spend money to see them play, women wouldn’t have to have media campaign for their league. The very fact NHL has to bend backward to showcase their “skill” in 3 to 3 proves women’s hockey is not a viable commercial product.

Of course, if you are the type of person who believe people deserves millions just because they believe they deserve it, nothing will change your mind.

It’s an entertainment... no one can tell me how I should spend my entertainment dollars and time.

The top 22 women's hockey players in Canada play against boys aged 15-18 in AA and AAA to mixed results. IF a Midget boys AAA team played an NHL team and the NHL team tried hard it would be an absolute thrashing. No woman is making the NHL, ever. This is utter nonsense to even be discussing. I'm happy they are getting recognition but women who play hockey will play women's hockey.

I didn't watch it, mostly because I don't give a (frank). Just like I don't give a (frank) about any single solitary aspect of all star weekend.

Clearly If you're willing to sit around on a hockey forum and debate the merits of women's hockey as a result, its touched you square in the butt hole and you should come to terms with that.

This is the Fort Saskatchewan Rangers that went 6-23-6 in the 2017-18 season finishing 7th from the bottom of the AMHL. This is also early in the 17-18 season and the FSR were absolutely terrrible in the previous season (9-24-5 finishing second from the bottom of the league).

So in a no hitting game women can compete well against a crappy midget boys AAA team and a top their Bantam AAA team, as I stated.
