I would prefer they still add someone and trade Dermott - either in the deal for a better D or in the off-season.


As for Calgary, if Brodie/Hamonic agree to an extension then I can see a deal being made.

Dubas is high on Ceci. I can see him bringing Ceci back at a lower number.

Jankowski is a bust, but I bet the flames would prefer to do their own reclamation rather than sell low on him. From their position I could see them wanting kerfoot included, especially with salary retained.

I can see the same from LA if they are retaining salary.

I see hamonic as more defensively sound and tougher to play against. The natural RHD is a pkys for me as well.
