You also have to consider the overuse of condiments as well, way over the top with onions and jalapeno's.

In six years he has 6 players he drafted playing in the NHL . Three of them will be Calder finalists. I think someone may have set his expectations a tad high .

This is exactly what I think also. With so much talent coming every year the drafts are getting deeper and deeper. You can still hit a home run in the third round.

With that I think the window for success has shortened also. What might have been 8 years before may now be 5 years.

I was in a golf draft for a few years with my old man and his friends and I watched lots of golf. Ever since the draft stopped, I haven't watched a single tournament. I don't miss watching golf even in the slightest unless there's money on it.

OJ is going to be a top 4 Dman Maybe next year maybe the one after but I seen him play all year he is improving a lot.
