I do wonder how the juniors league would compared to each other.

Pretty close games in the World Juniors and the under 18 international tournaments, where's its best players from each nation.

Would be extremely hard to schedule but if you could add the best MHL, SuperElit, Jr. A SM-Liiga team to the top CHL teams from each league and maybe even add in a USHL team.
