+1
last night completely took the wind out of my sails. DO i even bother showing up to games with my season tickets if they dont want to show up either?

- hubie

The only thing the Front Office understands is Fans uniting.
Continuing to go to games, renew tickets only helps quell the message.

2 games of empty seats would be a very strong message.

Coyotes are 3 points out of first place

we are 19 points out

if we miss the playoffs next season it will be the longest playoff drought in NHL History

let that sink in

Y'all can talk about needing this player or that player or this coach or that coach all you want but it is all about the ATTITUDE of this organization.... period!!!!! Culture change is the most important thing right now... Until that changes a team with 20 Eichels on it will not win....

Really what your fingers too greasy from another lonely night double fisting handfuls of Crisco to type more than 3 cherry picked words out of a post.
Once again. Jack said at start of camp he wanted to be more aggressive with his shot and put in a lot of work over the summer on it. So he came into this year looking to be more of a goal scorer. Skinner needs the puck to create create goals while VO is more of a traditional sniper and compliments Jack's game more. Do I think Jack likes having a look at a 40g 100+ pt season and getting national recognition as one of the best in the game yes. Do I think Jack has 29 at this point playing with Skinner all year no. Do I think Jack has personal issues with Skinner absolutely not. Do I think Jack has enough pull in the organization to have Skinner on his line if wants yes. He's a superstar and this is professional sports even if the product on the ice says different.

So 1/2 the message was sent last night?
And the rest of the "strong message " will be sent on Thursday vs. The habs?

It was bare in the arena last night

What the Pegula's need to do is Hire a President of Hockey Ops, then a VP of Hockey Ops, then a GM. They need layers. Experienced Hockey people at the top.

The Pegulas and a GM just doesn't seem to be working. They should give the President the final say on hockey matters.

Ppl keep saying this
Has it worked for the Leafs?

Even if LaFontaine was still here,
whoever the GM is would be making all the personnel decisions
The administrative role a “Pres of Hockey Ops” would not have had us trading for Haula instead of signing MoJo, or drafting Chychrun instead of Nylander, etc etc

Maybe they’d have a say in something big,
like the Skinner signing
But i doubt much else would be been different

Shanahan isn’t making the trades for the a leafs,
is he??
