Hardest thing for me was had to have classes done by 11 because you had to get your stuff, eat and be on the bus by 12 and have a double header. Im the farthest from a morning person and even worse back then.

The one good thing is with roster sizes you knew when you were playing and not, so you could be "up and ready" when you knew your time was coming.

Right cause franchise players have any say who they play with and Jack didn't come in with the mindset of being more of a goal scorer this year. Skinner needs the puck to create goals while VO don't. You think Jack has 28 playing with Skinner all year.

Just cause I don't post on here doesn't mean I don't know your a loser that needs 6 different usernames in order to get his only human contact from a hockey website that people don't even like him on. Can't wait to see your episode of my 600 lb life. Meet you at 187th and 187th I will be the one wearing your ass for a hat

I don't think we should fire Botts. At this point, although sad and I gave up my seasons this year, I am on board with his patient re-build. This off season better be good though.

I'm not enamored with Vessy, but I also think that if we had a 2C, the rest of the team under Eichel would make more sense and be more productive. Vessy is okay for a bottom 1/2 forward making 2.5 for 2 more years in my opinion.

Mason Black is a good follow on Twitter if you have time.

Also, I am liking that one of his reports is on "NHL Potential". He compares NHL players past production in lower leagues, age, position and some other factors, to current prospects to forecast their impact.

Cozens is approaching super star level.

Cool stuff, the margin of error looks to be a lot smaller than I thought it would be.

Think it was between him and Lazar, Asplund can still get better with more minutes on the farm, Lazar can't.

Not sure I'm surprised or unhappy about it.

What he’s done the last 3 games was quite impressive. He’s scoring goals a multitude of different ways. It’s exciting stuff.

My only issues with him at this point is he’s skinny and needs to put on 10-15 pounds.

They need to try to see if Asplund has more to give offensively in the AHL. I understand these 25 or so games were his first in the NHL but 3 points puts him firmly as a 4th liner/extra forward. They need more from him if he's going to be more than a warm body on the 4th line

I figured that before the call up tbh.

His AHL production was good but nothing that signaled top 6 forward. He will be a good bottom 6 forward but is easily replaceable and if valued around the league should be included in a trade package for a top 6 forward.

Casey has been better since he got acclimated after the first few games.

He needs to continue to improve.

Wait?!? You want to put your head in his ass?

Please don’t wait ten years to post again, this is finally getting interesting.

I like Beady. But I may or may not be his alt account. People who don’t like Beady are the ones with no sense of humor who take these boards too seriously. He’s just having fun with some mild and friendly trolling once in a while and isn’t afraid to express his views. He’s one of the handful of people who actually make this place interesting.

I agree with your point that if Eichel wanted to play with Skinner he would be. I think that’s why Reinhart hasn’t been moved off his line to drive his own line, Eichel wants him on his wing.

Where’s the source on the “makes things interesting” part ??
