From what I can see he’s trying to please Miller, alpha, who wants the puck a lot. Boeser’s a top 30 NHL player who’s very talented offensively, you don’t just find those guys with ease, he’s a fantastic player.

Don't know if i'd say that. Sven was once in there and Schaller has been in and out. It's kind of a 50/50 and works better if Green stops acting like he's Babcock.

Key there is he's on the reserve list. You are right the earlier signing is possible even though someone won't accept it. Decision on that may come down to cap and roster space.
